With Vitamins A to Zinc, non-prescription ointments, cold and flu remedies, and orthopedic braces and splints -- South Texas Pharmacy is well-stocked for all your pharmacy needs.

Special services are available for those who need it.  Blister paks and/or non-child proof caps are available.  If you have special needs or concerns talk to the pharmacists when you turn in your prescription.

Have your refills waiting for you to be picked up!  Call the pharmacy, have your prescription number available when you call, and your refill will be ready in 48 hours.

Delivery service is available within the city limits of Wharton, and mail service is available for those outside the city limits.  Both services are available at no additional charge to patients!

All of South Texas Pharmacy personnel are registered pharmacists or certified pharmacy technicians.  That means that they all have had the training needed to give you the best prescription service possible.  Our Pharmacists are always available for consultations to answer any question you might have about your prescription.

Our trained opticians help you choose the glasses that are best suited for you.  The shape of your face, your job, and lifestyle are all considered when deciding on the types of glasses and lenses you need.

Our contacts come in the latest colors!  We offer colored contacts designed to change your eye color or those designed to enhance the natural beauty of your eyes.  We have hard or soft lenses with daily or extended wear or disposable lenses.

We understand the special demands made on children's glasses and have frames that are more durable for their active life style.

All lenses are UV Ray tinted so that the sun's harmful rays do not affect your eyes while you are wearing glasses.

Optical prescriptions from all physicians are accepted at South Texas Optical Shop.  Your optometrist or ophthalmologist does not have to be a STMC physician for you to purchase glasses or contacts at South Texas Optical Shop.  Minor frame problems can be repaired in a matter of minutes.
