Holidays, Vacation & Sick Leave

STMC observes the following holidays: New Year's Eve (1/2 day), New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (1/2 day), and Christmas. Two weeks paid vacation is available after one year of service. Additional vacation days are accrued according to years of service. STMC offers both short-term sick leave and long-term sick leave.
